The DOH (Department of Health) and OSPI have collaborated to create a library of information and resources on health and safety issues that directly impact our schools, students, and families/caregivers. The topics they've launched so far are Opioid Overdose Prevention Strategies, Secure Storage of Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medication, and Secure Storage of Firearms and Ammunition.

To compile the information on this site, they researched federal, state, local, and community resources to find answers to common questions about these issues. They are committed to continuing to add additional topics in the future. We encourage our Toppenish community members to visit this Safety Hall to learn how you can help keep our students safe!
